Investigating and mapping international ties among nonprofit/nongovernmental organizations that collaborate or wish to collaborate with other organizations, including both non- and for-profit entities, with similar operational foci. Understanding how national contexts can be connected through partnerships among organizations operational therein.

Investigating predictors of academic achievement, represented by science (along with environmental awareness), math, and reading scores, across the globe, while accounting for country-level variation
Organizations and national & regional indices
Examining and mapping organizations' operation, represented by the number of services provided, by region. Regional indices, such as mean acceptance of diversity and the strength of liberal democracy, considered in relation to organizational operation.
Inter/intranational and regional partnerships and national indices
Investigating and mapping international and intranational connections among organizations, represented at the national and regional levels. Which countries have centrally connected organizations is examined, along with those countries wherein organizations have only intranational ties, which are represented by isolates in the network graph. National indices are explored and mapped for context.
